Oprah call for exclusive fund-raising jumped Obama on the lawn of his extensive and gated Montecito estate with explicit instructions: no high heels on her lawn. Oprah Winfrey is the diva of celebrity chat and more American publishers want to be their authors best friend. And she certainly has done his best for the President-elect Barack Obama. She makes diets (and breaks) and bestsellers, and this year decided to help make a president. Her involvement began with a large garden and an exclusive party that snarled traffic around the Santa Barbara and also on the star-kissed resort in a city full of gawkers.
