Woody Allen Gets His Golden Ear

Allen was given the grant by the Mayor of Valladolid and President of the International Week of Film City, Javier de Len a Riva. He was in town to accept the honor last night at the start of a tour of Spain his jazzband, and the city has also been enjoying a feast of his film music more. In his speech, he expressed his admiration Allen felt at the beginning of his career for many major European directors like Bergman, Truffaut or Buuel, among others.
